Fatigue

Generally, after an episode of panic attack, you will become tired and burnt out for the rest of the day. You could sleep all day long and still wake up feeling tired.

You need to understand that panic attack is your body’s “fight or flight” response. You body becomes physically active and pumped up during a panic attack and because of that, it continuously tax your energy.

It is important that you get proper sleep and rest. Sufferers often complain that they are exhausted but they have trouble falling asleep and hence they continue to struggle throughout the day, thinking that this is normal. It is not! This approach will only worsen your condition. Do whatever it takes to get proper sleep because nothing else will help improve this condition – NOTHING!

It is important to get your priorities right. You work hard...and you rest well. No compromise.

I personally have just about all of those symptoms during an attack mine are severe and can last for well into an hour I've never seen anyone else describe them with such detail and expertise I couldn't have described it better myself the after attack can sometimes be worse than the attack itself recovery sometimes taking a day or two but eat healthy get rest listen to music and remember that its just panic it will subside and distract your mind while using hands video games work great or puzzle games on a touch screen can shift your focus and try oh try to control that breathing taking too many deep breaths can and will make you dizzy and heart wise everytime I went to the doctor my heart was fine lol yet I always thought heart attack its normal if you can feel that heart beat and pulse even check your pulse challenge yourself to see if you can relax and get it lower well I'm out good luck everyone and thank you for this page
